Return Policy
Thank you for shopping with CorporateGiftsinDubai.ae. We strive to ensure your complete satisfaction with every purchase. Please read our Return & Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.
1. Eligibility for Returns:
We accept returns only under the following conditions:
- The item is defective, damaged, or incorrect.
- The item received is different from what was ordered (wrong product, wrong size, wrong color).
- Returns must be reported within 7 days of delivery.
Note: Customized, personalized, engraved, or printed products (e.g., logo-branded items, customized corporate gifts) cannot be returned unless they are defective or damaged.
2. How to Initiate a Return:
To initiate a return:
Email us at info@corporategiftsindubai.ae within 7 days of receiving your order.
Include:
- Order number
- Photos/videos showing the defect or issue
- Brief description of the problem
Our team will review your request and respond within 2 business days with instructions.
3. Return Shipping:
- For approved returns due to damage or incorrect items, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label.
- For other valid return cases, return shipping costs may be deducted from your refund.
4. Inspection & Refund Approval:
Once your return is received and inspected:
- We will notify you of the approval status.
- If approved, a refund will be issued to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- The refund amount will exclude any original shipping charges (unless the return is due to our error).
5. Exchanges:
We do not offer direct exchanges. If you need a different item:
- Return the original item (if eligible).
- Place a new order for the replacement item.
6. Non-Returnable Items:
The following items cannot be returned or refunded unless faulty:
- Personalized / Customized products
- Engraved items
- Promotional kits assembled as per client specifications
- Gift boxes curated for corporate orders
- Clearance or discounted products (as specified at purchase)
7. Missing or Lost Shipments:
If your order does not arrive:
- Please contact our support team within 14 days of the estimated delivery date.
- We will work with the courier to track your shipment.
8. Cancellations:
- Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of placement.
- Orders that have entered production, printing, or customization cannot be cancelled.
9. Refund Method:
Refunds will be processed via the original payment method:
- Credit/Debit Card refunds may take 3–7 business days depending on your bank.
- Other payments (wallets, bank transfers) may vary.
